Search will match your search terms if it is anywhere in those fields. From the generated list, id allows for updating, change & add, or deleting the record. sheet will bring up the PDF of the music. You may close this page and then refresh (resubmit the form) the search page.
Leave everything blank (clear forms) and you get all available titles with a secondary sort by book.
Case does not matter. McDonald or mcdonald are the same.
Special characters: % means any number of characters (default, added to beginning and end of search term), _ means one character. These may be used in the SQL form e.g. category LIKE '%so br%' You do not need to click on the search collection button - hitting the <Enter> key works. You do not need to click on the send SQL button - hitting the <Enter> key works.

| Examples: | Book: 150 of the will match any part in Book and will display contents of each book(s). Title: (Show:) love will match any part in Title (Show) other: george will match George Harrison or George Gershwin in Lyricist or Music by or Additional. This is not used to add records. Year: 196_ will get all music for the 1960’s. Not all records have this field. Category, etc.: Not all records have been populated with a category, lyricist, music, or a show if applicable. In other words, it won't be a complete set of matches unless title or others is searched. Update: One field (wildcards can be used in the top form (red) will be matched & updated with input in a single field in bottom form. update records must be clicked. |
